The Latest on Islamic Palestinian Crimes against Humanity (Feb 1, 2009)

Israel: Suicide bombing of Egged bus no. 19 in Jerusalem

A reexamination of body parts brought to the Abu Kabir forensic institute brought the death toll in the Jerusalem suicide bombing to 11. In addition, over 50 people were wounded, 13 of them seriously, in a suicide bombing of an Egged bus no. 19 shortly before 9:00 AM at the corner of Gaza and Arlozorov streets in Jerusalem. The bus starts its route at Hadassah Ein Kerem and makes its way through the center of Jerusalem to Hadassah Hospital and the Hebrew University on Mount Scopus.

The bomber was in the back of the bus when he detonated the explosives, said Jerusalem Police Chief Mickey Levy. The blast tore apart the bus, turning it into a twisted wreck. The back half of the roof was blown into the air and every window was blown out.

Both the Fatah-related Al Aqsa Martyrs’ Brigades and Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack, naming the bomber as Ali Yusuf Jaara, a 24-year-old Palestinian policeman from Bethlehem.

If Hamas is the official government of Gaza and if Hamas ordered the firing of more of than 6,000 deadly rockets at Israeli civilians, then it follows that the government of Gaza has engaged in an armed attack against Israel under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter. In other words, the government of Gaza has declared war against the government and people of Israel. This should not be surprising, since the Hamas Charter calls for the military destruction of Israel. ..

srael clearly had to right to take whatever military action was necessary to stop the Hamas government from playing Russian roulette with the lives of its children. So far, no problem under international law. But here’s the rub. International law also requires that Israel’s actions must not be disproportional to its military aims and it also prohibits the willful targeting of Palestinian civilians.

To make things even more complicated, international law prohibits the use of human shields to protect combatants from lawful military actions taken by those against whom it has waged an armed attack. And there can be absolutely no doubt that it is the official policy of Hamas to use children, women, schools, mosques, hospitals and other civilian institutions and areas as shields to protect its combatants from legitimate Israeli military actions. In addition to the video evidence showing Hamas fighters deliberately placing their rockets adjacent to UN schools, mosques and to residential areas, there are the express statements of officially-elected Hamas leaders both before and during the fighting. Consider the following public statement delivered by a Hamas legislator, transmitted on Hamas television and widely circulated by video. The legislator’s name is Fathi Hammad and here is what he said:

“[The enemies of Allah] do not know that the Palestinian people has developed its [methods] of death and death-seeking. For the Palestinian people, death has become an industry, at which women excel, and so do all the people living on this land. The elderly excel at this, and so do the mujahideen and the children. This is why they have formed human shields of the women, the children, the elderly, and the mujahideen, in order to challenge the Zionist bombing machine. It is as if they were saying to the Zionist enemy: ‘We desire death like you desire life.’”

There are videos available for all to watch in which Al-Aqsa TV news broadcasts a report showing a crowd of civilians gathered on the roof of a home that was a military target. Indeed those who arranged for these human shields to protect that military target do not shy away from actually using the term “human shield.” On another occasion, Hamas leader, appearing on television demands that “the people of Palestine should gather as one to protect the Jihad warriors’ house,” calling for these civilians to “die as warriors.”

Muslim Palestinians murder each other and only Israel saves them - Israel provides sanctuary for fleeing Palestinians from their own 'un-civil war ' [

Muslim Palestinians murder each other and only Israel saves them - Israel provides sanctuary for fleeing Palestinians from their own 'un-civil war ' [Arab on Arab crime]

Israel provides sanctuary for fleeing Palestinians
THE international Left and our own flag-waving supporters of Hamas, Hezbollah and every other Palestinian terror organisation, look pretty stupid today as Israel provides sanctuary for Palestinians fleeing home-grown terror directed against each other.

The bloody infighting between rival terrorist gangs has long been a feature of the fractured Arab bloc but the reality that Israel does provide the only island of security in the middle of the carnage has never been so starkly illustrated. More than 180 members of the Hiles (or Hilles) clan which is allied to the former Fatah government have been sheltered by Israel in an astonishing act of mercy as they fled killers from the radical Islamic resistance movement Hamas. Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak made the decision to allow the young men to enter Israel on humanitarian grounds after receiving a plea for help from Palestinian President and Fatah leader Mahmoud Abbas and the Egyptian Government.

Those fleeing Hamas accused the group of attempting to wipe out all supporters of Fatah from the Gaza Strip in an act of "political cleansing". Mohammed Darawshe, a director of the Abraham Fund which works toward increasing opportunities for co-existence and equality between Arabs and Jews in Israel, said the street slaughter which has left at least nine - including a six-year-old girl - dead, was one of the blackest pages in Palestinian history. "When you have Palestinians being forced to flee by other Palestinians, it is a tragedy," he said. "This is the behaviour of a brutal dictatorship, not a political party working in the interests of its people."

On the border, Israeli guards prepared stretchers to carry wounded Palestinian refugees as ambulances took more than 100 wounded to hospital. Hamas gunmen fired upon those fleeing, wounding at least 22, as the Israelis opened their border gates. Fatah, the power-base of the late and unlamented corrupt leader, and father of international terrorism, Yasser Arafat, lost control of the Gaza Strip to Hamas after a series of bloody battles a year ago. Hamas has claimed that the Hiles clan has worked in concert with Fatah, and that members may have been responsible for an explosion last week that killed five men and the young girl. Academic from Hebrew University Gabriel Motzkin said the latest violence had ended any hope of success in the current round of Israeli-Palestinian peace talks. "It is beyond doubt that there are now two separate Palestinian territories, so who does Israel deal with? Mahmoud Abbas does not speak for Palestinians in Gaza. And Hamas is not interested in any negotiations with Israel at all.

This civil war makes a permanent solution impossible to negotiate." The Palestinian versus Palestinian battle is, in fact, a microcosm of the central issue in the long-running Middle East cancer. Ever since the Arab nations surrounding Israel encouraged Palestinians to flee the nascent state of Israel 60 years ago, they have refused to permit them to settle and integrate into their populations, preferring to see a United Nations-supported permanent "refugee" state of Palestine fester on the Israel border and remain a canker in international relations. While Israel has maintained a non-discrimination policy toward Arabs and people of all faiths within its borders, the Arab nations have been responsible for persecuting Christians, Jews and others who do not follow Islam. Coptic Christians are under enormous pressure in Egypt, Christians are increasingly coming under fire in Iraq, and Saudi Arabia maintains its laws prohibiting the distribution of the Bible.

The contrast with Israel's tolerant approach to human rights could not be greater. The Palestinian Authority continues to pump out its virulent anti-Semitic messages and even stoops to incorporating instructions in hatred in its children's programming, with vicious slurs against Jews and Israelis tailored for the young audience through the use of cartoon figures. The Palestinian Authority will attempt to block the sight of Palestinians seeking and finding refuge in Israel from fellow Palestinians but news will filter through via the internet and international broadcasts. It will create confusion in the minds of many who have been taught since birth that Israel was the cause of the Palestinians' woes, not their salvation.

The fact that mercy lies on one side of the border and not the other will be a hard lesson to swallow for Palestinians fed on a steady diet of anti-Semitic propaganda. But it is timely, as research shows there is a rise in anti-Semitism across much of Europe and the US. Although the Israeli sanctuary may only be temporary, and though the Gazans may eventually be asked to resettle in Egypt or even in Ramallah on the West Bank, there is the possibility that they may have learned a simple lesson. That they have been lied to about Israeli intentions toward Palestinians is obvious, but whether they will have also learned that their unconditional sanctuary came courtesy from those they were taught were their most bitter enemies, is another.

ISRAEL VS ARAB - THE WAR OF THE HUMANITARIAN VS THE UN-HUMANITARIAN

ISRAEL VS ARAB - THE WAR OF THE HUMANITARIAN VS THE UN-HUMANITARIAN

January 22, 2008

No one has been talking in the mainstream media about the daily "Palestinian" barrage of missiles aimed specifically at Israeli kids, the southern Israel under siege of "Palestinian" occupation, the trembling fear of Israeli women for their children's safety in Sderot (Fear and trauma as rockets impact Israeli town), but everyone is up in arms
if Israel acts.

No one has been talking in mainstream media as Israel has been successfully eliminating terrorists [with unimaginable efforts in carrying it out] without any damage upon civilians in hundreds of operations, but I bet you, you'll hear them loud and clear, if its humane precision-tactics fails just once.

Just as no one in the mainstream media talks about the constant Israel VS Arab, as humanitarian vs un-humanitarian war, "Palestinian" and Hezbollah Arabs always try to draw Israel into responding in operations, awaiting cheerfully such responds to play the fake "victim" card, Israel - however - is never happy to carry out any anti terror activities, and when reluctantly it has to go ahead with it, it puts immense efforts to fail Arabs' desire for mass casualties among its civilians, Israel's struggle against Arab cruelty on its population is
relentless, but never appreciated.

Why is humanitarian Israel still (January 2008) supplying two
thirds of fuel supply to un-humanitarian "Palestinians"?

I mean, What would one expect from a self hating sickening hypocritical typical whining of the NPR reporting about a "humanitarian crisis" in Gaza? (Jan. 2008 at the height of Arab attacking rockets) What's "humanitarian" about Hamas-tan? [as twisted NPR is, it first reports of what Hamas "says" that all fuel supply is shut down, only thereafter is quotes Israel's declaration and harsh accusation that the "Palestinians" simply LIE, and that two thirds are still supplied, as if the world hasn't seen enough of the minus zero credibility of "what Palestinian Pallywood says"], the cruel terrorist militant Islamic totalitarian regime? The oppression of non Muslims (Christians per se)? The investments of its limited resources into deadly Jihad, or the criminal use of its civilians to attack Israeli civilians via rockets and other cowardice methods?

Try and make a survey, a poll on how many are really aware of the targets by the Arabs, kids! how they fire exactly when and where the children go to kindergarten (Barrage of rockets hits Sderot as kids go to school), the fact that with God's grace the damage is low is of course totally irrelevant to Arabs' [usual] genocide attempts.

As it is rare for the NPR, it shockingly did interview some Israelis about the Hamas attack of Israeli civilians and how Israel should respond to it, as one Israeli has put it very real: "We Israelis have been setting us up in high moral standards we have a huge dilemma on how to respond".

Yet, it is rather the Arab Palestinian "victimhood" that still manages to
generate fans.
Amazing how the terrible unromantic cult of destruction is still not seen by some as what it is, a self inflicted cult, and that no one else can ever be blamed on whatever is going on there.

And just as you thought that the Fatah is much better, you hear that the "moderate" Abbas regime decided to allocate 40% of the billions of dollars in aid [the Europeans have pledged to give] to the Hamas terror "government".

I have got news for the fake "humanitarian" singers - reporters in biased media: There's nothing humanitarian about pointing fingers anywhere outside the "Palestinian" cruel leadership and
those that elect them.

Hamas Kidnaps Fatah Official, Shaves Mustache

Hamas Kidnaps Fatah Official, Shaves Mustache
AZCONSERVATIVE ^ | 6 Jan 2008 | John Semmens

In an incident Muslim clerics have called a “chilling escalation,” Hamas security agents kidnapped Ibrahim Abu al-Naja, one of Fatah’s senior leaders in the Gaza Strip and shaved off his moustache.

Amidst the bombings, rocket attacks and shootings that dominate Palestinian politics, Westerners are baffled by the severe reaction to what is a common fraternity prank in the United States.

“Shedding blood is the honorable way to deal with political opponents and infidels,” said Imam Yasser Asser, Gaza’s most revered Muslim cleric. “But this is a defilement, a humiliation worse than death.”

Pressure is building for Naja to avenge his honor by a suicide attack on an Israeli school. “The Zionists are the root of all our troubles,” Asser said. “Muslims will not be able to live in brotherhood until the Jewish presence is exterminated.”

Foreign policy - exposing the lie that they hate us because of leaning against "Palestinians"

But we were told that the Arabs hate us because of supposedly being biased against Arab "Palestinians"...

Nov/2007
REMEMBER?

Wild Arabist writers/"activists" have been flooding us for years with brainwashing nonsense as if the Arab Muslim world is "enraged" mainly by the "Palestinian" Israeli conflict.

If only... -- this is what they have been selling us for so many years -- if only we'd be on the side of the "palestinian" Arabs, all would be singing kumbaya, the "peace loving" Arab world would just come rushing to embrace us.
LIARS!

Never mind the blatant daring hypocrisy of that Arab world, that never really cared about the Arab "Palestinian" brothers, on the contrary, it never allowed any improvement in their status, for fear of losing that anti-west card, (shoved at the westerners ever so often) of: "look at the poor 'Palestinians'".
The Arab nations keep the 'Palestinians' and their descendants in squalor. They are denied citizenship rights. They are denied work. They are denied property. They are denied their human rights because they are and always will be a political football in the Arab campaign against Israel.
http://www.wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=36412

The same vicious historic crimes, the Arab world leaders have been committing with this group of Arabs who call themselves (recently as) "Palestinians", as in 1948, chasing them out with bragging promises of [ethnic cleansing and genocide] "throwing all the Jews into the sea".

Even Jew haters "aryans-supremacists" have jumped the bashing-Israel wagon, oh no, not that they ever like the Arab BROWN "inferior" people, of course not! they'd like to get "rid" of them... as soon as possible, But for the time being, it can be used against the people they are so bitter jealous and hate so blindly, the Jews.
NOW WHAT?

So the US has already helped in Israel's giving away Gaza to the Arab "Palestinians" [2005], an enormous sacrifice, uprooting entire families, communities, exposing and diminishing the little borderline with an enemy that is bent on eliminating Israel 24/7, when the only thing Israel got back is more support among their mainstream for Hamas type of advocating Genocide, still militants firing rockets into Israeli residential homes, still attempts of 'genocide bombings'.
Where do Arabs stand in its anti-west, as well as in its use of the "Palestinian" propaganda card? Is it the same, better or worse?

So Israel has released hundreds of dangerous "Palestinian" terrorists, out of good will, how do "Palestinians" react? More demands, Qassam missiles aimed at Israeli kindergartens are still on, why not?
Where do Arabs stand in its anti-west, as well as in its use of the 'Palestinian' propaganda card? Is it the same, better or worse?

Annapolis 2007: President George W. Bush and Sec. Condoleeza Rice are pushing hard on Israel to give even more to Arabs that never manage to make one iota of investing in peace, not even reducing its media's demon-ization of Israel.
Where do Arabs stand in its anti-west, as well as in its use of the 'Palestinian' propaganda card? Is it the same, better or worse?
IDF Concerned Hamas May Detonate Tunnels to Derail Summit
http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/124358

And what if... Bush succeeds in a big historic push for Arab "Palestinians" sake/favor (a group of people that never wanted to be improved, that has chosen death cult over life at any given opportunity by kind Israelis)? But we were told that the Arabs hate us because of supposedly being biased against Arab "Palestinians"...

Try this:
How many Arabists will welcome any improvement in relations among Arabs & Israel?
OK, ENOUGH OF THE NONSENSE FOR SO LONG, NOW, TO THE PROBLEM/S

But don't bet on Arabists ever to bother using real logical questions, the REAL ISSUES to be brought up, like, Are the Arabs, Muslims ready yet for democracy & free societies, have tnheir mainstream education in mosques & madsassas really strat to change? Is all of their media began to be less hateful of the "other"?

As you won't expect any true points, matters that matter to be discussed, as they don't sit well with their propaganda.

Even though it will answer all above points, plus: Iraq war, Lebanon, and other Arab on Arab, Muslim on Muslim violence.

They always suffer from their leaders - PA red-tape prevents medical care for Palestinians

They always suffer from their leaders -
PA red-tape prevents medical care for Palestinians, Palestinians arriving in Israel for medical care encounter Palestinian government's refusal to reimburse Israeli hospitals' expenses, causing delays in treatment. 'We don't really exist as far as Hamas and Fatah are concerned,' patients say

Ali Waked Published: 10.29.07, 08:33 / Israel News

For many Palestinians, the ongoing fighting between Hamas in the Gaza strip and Fatah in the West Bank has created a far more serious problem: The lack of proper medical care.

Palestinian hospitals refer many of their patients to Israeli hospitals, where they can receive better treatment; but in many cases, even those who are able to get the necessary permission to cross over to Israel to receive treatment find themselves being turned down. The reason – the Israeli hospitals can no longer bill the Palestinian government for their treatment.

Under Pressure

Gaza hospital faces shortage in equipment, blood units / Aviram Zino

As injured continue to pour into Gaza's Shifa hospital, physicians struggle with limited equipment, lack of medicine and beds. 'We're not sure we would be able to save the critically injured,' one doctor says
Full Story

The hospitals' administrators find themselves – as do the patients' families – going back and forth between Gaza and Ramallah trying to find their way through the bureaucratic maze.

The end result is almost always the same: The Palestinian government in Ramallah makes the necessary monetary arrangements, but only exhausting everyone involved.

PA's indifference
A. and his sister, from Gaza, came to the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center in order to be treated for cancer.

"The administrator in Gaza thought he could get away with giving her a referral just for a diagnosis. The Israeli staff saw right through that and told us the treatment requires a different kind of coverage.

"The administrator here sent Gaza dozens of faxes every day until Ramallah said they would pay for it… you see the Israeli staff's dedication and concern and on the other hand, the Palestinians' indifference and you can't understand how your own people completely ignore you and you supposed enemy bends over backwards to see that you get everything you need," said A.

Another problem deriving from this situation is that the permits given to the patients immediate family – or anyone else that chooses to accompany them to Israel – are reduced to the hospital's vicinity only. "We literally can't leave the premises," M., a Palestinian who is staying with a sick relative in the Tel Aviv medical center, told Ynet.

"Instead of making this process as quick as possible, they (Hamas and Fatah) take their time in fighting each other…we don't really exist as far as they're concerned. God will avenge all of them for all our suffering," he added.

Aviva Shemer, spokesperson for the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, told Ynet that the hospital "does all it can to allow the Palestinian population access to the best possible medical care. We usually get the Palestinian Authority's full cooperation."

Four killed in deadliest Gaza infighting under Hamas

Four killed in deadliest Gaza infighting under Hamas
17 hours ago

GAZA CITY (AFP) — Four Palestinians were killed overnight in the deadlist bout of infighting between Fatah and Hamas loyalists since the Islamist movement captured the Gaza Strip in mid-June, medics said Thursday.

Paramilitaries in Hamas's self-styled police Executive Force armed with anti-tank missiles exchanged fire with members of a powerful Gaza clan, the majority of which supports political rivals Fatah, witnesses said.

Trouble broke out in Gaza City when the Executive Force stopped a Palestinian Authority vehicle carrying former police officer Adel Hellis.

Three Hellis relatives and an Executive Force officer were subsequently killed, said an official at the Hamas-run health ministry, Maawia Hassanin.

Another 30 people were wounded, including one critically, said medical officials, revising up an earlier toll of three dead and 22 wounded.

Witnesses said the Executive Force blew up Adel Hellis' home but that the former police officer, who stopped work after Hamas routed Fatah in a bloody takeover of the Gaza Strip four months ago, was not hurt.

The clashes lasted about eight hours but ended before daybreak under a truce mediated by armed group, the Popular Resistance Committees.

Most of the Hellis clan are loyal to Fatah, the secular political party of Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas. Its loyalists were routed by Hamas in the mid-June take over following months of political rivalry and sporadic violence.
