The War on the War on Islamic terror – False racialization of fear of terror

The War on the War on Islamic terror – False racialization of fear of terror

A writer elaborates on: Antisemitism, Islamophobia and Anti-Arabism: The False Link [1], In the wake of 9/11, opponents of profiling have shifted away from arguing against it because it is “racist”, but experts argue that Racial profiling: A matter of survival [2], the Arab world and some of the Arabists (inside and outside Israel) have categorized many Israelis’ genuine concern for their saftey and saftey of their children as “racism”. [3], at the UN’s Durban 2 conference, in on going major attempt to categorize ‘counter-terrorism’ as ‘Islamophobia’, Pakistan’s Islamic group wanted to include even more language to equate counter-terrorism with racism. Pakistan, Algeria, and Iran also wanted the words, “Islamophobia” and “anti-Arabism” to remain in the document. [4]

Racism in perspective - Anti Jewish racism by Arabs, Muslims, whether carrying a "Palestinian" or an Israeli ID

Racism in perspective - Anti Jewish racism by Arabs, Muslims, whether carrying a "Palestinian" or an Israeli ID

Published: 01/31/05, 8:53 PMRacist Disengagementby Shmuel Neumann, Ph.D.

It is illegal to advocate ejecting Arabs from their homes and forcibly removing them from Israel. How can it be legal to advocate forcibly removing Jews from their homes?... racism is not a laughing matter. Especially after the Holocaust, racism against Jews, even by Jews, is intolerable. During the Holocaust, Jews, called kapos, were forced by the Nazis to implement racial genocide. It is also a horrible tragedy and a pathetic sight to see certain Israeli government officials compelled by "their good friend" the United States to implement ethnic cleansing, not by genocide, but by expulsion. This expulsion of Jews, not necessarily Israelis, is racist.

It is illegal to advocate ejecting Arabs from their homes and forcibly removing them from Israel. How can it be legal to advocate forcibly removing Jews from their homes? While the government may elect to dismantle Israeli army bases and outposts, they have no legal right to remove only Israeli Jews and not remove Israeli Arabs or Christians. It has no right to remove Jews of other nationalities who purchase a farm in Judea or Samaria and wish to farm their private property and live on their farm. If it has such a right, then it must remove any non-Israeli Muslim or Christian farmers from their independent farms, as well.

If certain Jewish settlements are deemed illegal and therefore slated for demolition, then illegal Arab settlements must be demolished as well. The Israeli government is in possession of aerial photographs of each village and town from 1917 until the present, and is well aware that many villages and towns existing today were built by squatters who grabbed land and illegally built houses. Often the houses were built on other people's land, even land purchased decades before by individual Jews or by the Jewish National Fund. All of these communities must be demolished if any Jewish communities are to be evacuated and demolished. If the government refuses to demolish illegal Arab houses, then their policy of evacuating Jewish houses, farms and communities is racism against Jews and must not be tolerated.

One might speculate if there were, hypothetically, 10 Christians living in a Jewish settlement that was slated for evacuation, and 10 Israeli Jews living in Jenin, then wouldn't the Christians be evacuated with the rest of the community and wouldn't the Jews be permitted to remain in Jenin? Certainly, the Christians would be evacuated together with the Jews from a Jewish settlement. However, if they had a monastery in Bethlehem or anywhere else in Palestinian-controlled Judea, Samaria or Gaza, then they certainly would not be evacuated, nor would their church or monastery be demolished. The 10 Jews in Jenin, however, would not be evacuated, but imprisoned, because Israel makes it illegal for Jews to enter Area "A". That is, unless the Palestinians got to them first, in which case they would torture and mutilate the Jews as they did to those Jews who made a wrong turn and found themselves in Ramallah.

The central point is that Colin Powell or Condoleezza Rice would never tolerate removing blacks from any neighborhood, not just in the United States, but anywhere in the world. They do, however, insist that Jews, not just Israelis, be forcibly removed from all areas of Judea, Samaria and Gaza. When they speak of pre-1967 borders, they are talking about removing Jews from Ramat Eshkol, the Old City, Mamilla and many neighborhoods of Jerusalem.

This reverse discrimination is not only in relation to settlements, but to land registration. If an Arab registers a land sale in Beit El's land office, the land registration is recorded seamlessly. If a Jew records a sale from an Arab, the land office notifies the Palestinian Authority of the land sale and the land registration can take 15-20 years. In the interim, the Arab seller and real estate agents are killed by the so-called Palestinians, eliminating all witnesses to the sale. As a result, often the land sale is never recorded. This is racism, pure and simple.

This racism against Jews goes beyond the issue of settlements or land registration. The Israeli government interprets its own laws against racism to protect Arabs, but not Jews. For example, in Israel it is illegal to hire only Jews, but it appears to not be illegal to hire only Arabs. For instance, there is one chain of gas stations that I frequented throughout Israel, and every single one of them had only Arab employees at the gas pumps. While it is their prerogative to employ Arabs, it is not their prerogative to hire only Arabs. This is a violation of racism laws and should be prosecuted not just in a civil action, but in a criminal action, as well.http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articles/Article.aspx/4732

Denial is a well-known psychological mechanism. A threatening problem is created. The individual denies the problem for a certain amount of time, but it eventually explodes in his face.

The people of Israel are in total denial regarding Israeli Arabs. After watching a video recording of a recent demonstration by Israeli Arabs in Haifa, I decided that the time has come to raise this issue, knowing full well that The dramatic rise in the nationalistic extremism of Israeli Arabs.this is a subject that many people are afraid to touch. We see scores of Arabs waving flags of Palestine and chanting anti-Israel slogans. Here is an excerpt from the article by Boaz Golan that accompanies the recording:

"This infuriating demonstration lasted for days. A Palestinian demonstration against the state, against the Jewish people. Against me and against you. Flags of Palestine fly in the face of passersby. Gaza is here in Haifa, in our very home! Jewish drivers pass by, honk their horns, and call out to them: 'Go to Gaza,' but scores of Arabs continue to chant their slogans against the state, and are not afraid to shout out loud: 'Beirut, Damascus, Palestine...."

The demonstration in Haifa is, of course, only one of the many examples of the dramatic rise in the nationalistic extremism of Israeli Arabs, which is expressed not only in anti-Israel slogans, but also in actions against Jews. Naturally, in all these instances, Israeli law enforcement does not lift a finger.

In Akko (Acre) and in Jaffa, Israeli Arabs attack Jews. No one says anything. Recently, we heard of stonings of Jewish vehicles by Israeli Arabs in the Galilee. This hardly makes the headlines. Just imagine what the media would have done if Jews had thrown stones at Arabs.

Last year, dozens of Jews celebrated Israel Independence Day in the forest of Megiddo. A group of Israeli Arabs arrived with flags of Palestine, riding on horses, and forced the Jews to flee. Except for the Arutz-7 website, did anyone cover this subject? Not to mention that the police did not arrest even a single Arab rioter.

Make no mistake. Unlike other countries, in which minorities act with respect and submission to the host country, a considerable portion of the Israeli Arabs act as if they were the lords of the land; while we Jews seem to them as casual visitors who bother them. http://www.israelnationalnews.com/Articles/Article.aspx/7779

Palestinian racism exposed

By Alan Dershowitz, professor of law at Harvard. His latest book is The Case for Israel. (April 12, 2004)

Recently, a young student at the Hebrew University was gunned down while jogging through a mixed neighborhood of Jews and Arabs in north Jerusalem. The Aksa Martyrs Brigade, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yasser Arafat's Fatah movement, joyously claimed credit for the killing yet another innocent Jew.

When it was later learned that the jogger was a Jerusalem Arab and not a Jew, al-Aksa quickly apologized to the family, calling it an accident.

But the killing of the innocent young jogger was not an accident; the murderer had deliberately taken aim at his head and midsection, intending to end his life. The only thing accidental about the murder was the religion of the victim. Al-Aksa had sent the assassin to murder a Jew any Jew, so long as he was a Jew.

This is racism, pure and simple. And despite efforts by supporters of Palestinian terrorism to justify the murder of innocent civilians as national liberation or by any other euphemism, this case proves that the Palestinian terrorists' targeting of Jews and only Jews as many as possible is little different in intent from other forms of lethal or exterminatory anti-Jewish murders. (I don't use the term anti-Semitic only because some Arabs claim that because they too are Semites, they can't be anti-Semitic.)

Obviously the numbers are different, because Israel is capable of defending its Jewish citizens, but if it were not, the goal of Palestinian terrorist groups would not be very different from that of previous groups intent on murdering as many Jews as possible.

The Web sites of various Palestinian terrorist groups proclaim usually only in English and almost never in Arabic that they have no quarrel with the Jews, only with the Zionists. Yet they target every Jew, regardless of his or her individual political views, and they apologize when they accidentally kill a non-Jew, regardless of his political views. The racist acts of these terrorist groups speak louder than their sanitized English-only anti-Zionist Web sites...http://www.likud.nl/extr312.html

Arabs' 'corrupted Arab-oil man' in Obama' admin. Chas Freeman

Arabs' man, 'corrupted Arab-oil man' in Obama's admin. 'Pro - Dictatorship, 'ARABIST - BIGOT' C. Freeman attempted appointment for the CIA

Alarming appointment at the CIA by Steve Rosen Thu, 19 Feb 2009 at 3:55 PM

Readers of this blog know that I have been generally quite positive about the appointments the new Adminsitration is making for Middle East policy positions. Today’s news is quite different. According to Laura Rozen at the Foreign Policy blog, Chas W. Freeman, Jr., the former U.S. ambassador to Saudi Arabia, will become chairman of the National Intelligence Council, and may at times participate in daily intelligence briefings to President Obama. This is a profoundly disturbing appointment, if the report is correct. Freeman is a strident critic of Israel, and a textbook case of the old-line Arabism that afflicted American diplomacy at the time the state of Israel was born. His views of the region are what you would expect in the Saudi foreign ministry, with which he maintains an extremely close relationship, not the top CIA position for analytic products going to the President of the United States.

Here is a sample of his views on Israel, from his Remarks to the National Council on US-Arab Relations on September 12, 2005: “As long as the United States continues unconditionally to provide the subsidies and political protection that make the Israeli occupation and the high-handed and self-defeating policies it engenders possible, there is little, if any, reason to hope that anything resembling the former peace process can be resurrected. Israeli occupation and settlement of Arab lands is inherently violent. …And as long as such Israeli violence against Palestinians continues, it is utterly unrealistic to expect that Palestinians will stand down from violent resistance and retaliation against Israelis. Mr. Sharon is far from a stupid man; he understands this. So, when he sets the complete absence of Palestinian violence as a precondition for implementing the road map or any other negotiating process, he is deliberately setting a precondition he knows can never be met.” Here is another example from 2008: “We have reflexively supported the efforts of a series of right-wing Israeli governments to undo the Oslo accords and to pacify the Palestinians rather than make peace with them. … The so-called “two-state solution” - is widely seen in the region as too late and too little. Too late, because so much land has been colonized by Israel that there is not enough left for a viable Palestinian state alongside Israel; too little, because what is on offer looks to Palestinians more like an Indian reservation than a country.”

According to Foreign policy blog, Freeman has told associates that in the job, he will occasionally accompany Director of National Intelligence Adm. Dennis Blair to give the president his daily intelligence briefing. His predecessor, Thomas Fingar, wore a second hat as deputy director of national intelligence for analysis.
http://www.meforum.org/blog/obama-mideast-monitor/2009/02/alarming-appointment-at-the-cia.html

I repeat: if there are serious financial conflicts of interest, Freeman should withdraw. I also find some of Freeman’s realist statements, even as contrarian, a little too brutal for my taste. But I also believe that someone whose views push the envelope against recent US policy in the Middle East is an important asset for the United States right now. And I find the hysterical bullying of this man to be repulsive.

The "twin fascisms" - that dominate the Arab world - Islamism & pan-Arabism

The "twin fascisms" - that dominate the Arab world - Islamism & pan-Arabism
frontpagemag ^ 10, 2007

All minorities living within the Arab world are under siege. Tunisian human rights activist Muhammad Bechri has traced this to the "twin fascisms" - his term - that dominate the Arab world, Islamism and pan-Arabism. The first promotes murderous intolerance of religious minorities. It helps explain why Christians are under siege across the Arab world and why Sudan enjoyed broad Arab support as it killed some two million non-Muslim blacks in the south of the country. Pan-Arabism translates into endorsement of murderous policies toward Muslim but non-Arab groups and accounts for Arab support for Saddam Hussein as he slaughtered 200,000 Kurds in northern Iraq, as well as backing for Sudanese policies toward the Muslim but black population of Darfur.

The Arab world is not about to make an exception for the Jews. This broad intolerance of minorities is further evidence of how unlikely it is the Arab world will accept the legitimacy of a Jewish state in its midst any time soon.

Arabized media in the west, the CNN case

Arabized media in the west, the CNN case

Nov. 2008

Arabized media in the west, the CNN case.

Bombarding propaganda

Qatar is one of CNN's major financier, (Qatar airlines and its financial center) you are getting sick of the repeated advertisement of Arab media tools how so hypocritically they show you their "equality" for everyone, covering the awful truth about oppressing all minorities, all those that are not Arab in the middle east who the supremacists Arabs think its' all "theirs" (ironic funny enough Qatar airlines shows in its ad a green eyed white face of a woman...).

'Inside the middle east'

For years, the Syrian born Hala Gorani was going up ranks her "inside the middle east" is still going strong.

'Inside the middle east' sponsored by the Egyptian telecom 'Orascom' (who tells us over an over again in its silly advertisement that "we share the same belief" creating the impression as if Christians and Jews -- the few left after the racist expulsion in the late 1940s -- are not discriminated in Apartheid Arab Muslim middle east) is basically an Arabic program that its aim is to hide its oppressive tyranny, in a region where no Arab country is true democratic or free (in the true sense, including the Iranian/Syrian occupied Lebanon - the terrorized Hezbollahland), by exaggerating true or untrue stories that can be used to idolize Arab middle east.

'Inside the middle east' will never show you the true (story of) repressed conditions of non Arabs such as: Kurds, Berbers, Jews, or non Muslims such as: Copts in Egypt, etc.

Ugly 'Palestinianism'

Also appearing in that Arab program which is only to "educate Americans only about the cherry picked stories - Arabs want us to see"... is Ben Wederman, the notorious west bank based CNN terribly biased journalist, who never seems to find a spot to reveal the oppression of 'Palestinians' upon their people: whether its out of blind radical Islamic motivation or typical Arabisn dictatorship, or the Islamic apartheid against the minority Christian Arab community that live in fear and under persecution, or the genocide campaign that is rampant among most 'Palestinians to "eradicate" the "Zionist entity" or about the epidemic of 'honor killing' crimes, or about corruptive leadership that robs its own people ever since Arafat era, but Ben Wederman doesn't see any "use" in reporting these burning issues, he is instead a great spokesman for the 'Palestinian cause', an example from Nov 7-8 (2008), Ben had a program about "olives", supposedly just talking about olive oil... soon you saw the blatant despicable 'Palestinianism' as the Arab farmer talked about how "old" his tradition is and how the land is so "his"... nothing about Arab immigration into Israel-Palestine of course, that's a no-no mention in rewriting - Palestine.

He had his camera ready to film Israeli police dispersing a crowd that protested illegal Arab infiltrators into Jewish land... (the true story Ben didn't tell you) when he was asked politely by the police to evacuate the area he refused (after all, he knows very well he wouldn't dare refuse any order from the 'Palestinian' police... what he never bothers explaining his "situation" living in the west bank, how "neutral" a journalist can be), only the 3rd time when he made sure he had enough to portray the Israeli restrained cops as "bad occupiers" he said he is "going"...

As if it wasn't enough with Arab tyrants' regimes "culture" infesting the mainstream media in the US, CNN made yet another Arab program, "MME" Market middle east, by the rich Arabian Dubai financial center DIFC, who pays a man by the name of J. Defterios, 'paid' to glorify its host (besides the weekly Friday Arabist program, here's an example, on Nov 16 2008 at the same time the G20 summit was still on, he "revealed" to us that the Gulf Arabs who combine 1.5 triillion dollar of GDP, "lost" 1.5 billion since June peak season, what a "creative" way of portraying the oil masters that with out any shame exploit the world's need for energy overcharging all of us as "losing" because they lowered a bit their outrageous overcharge as soon as they saw westerners consuming less of it...), where one of the very first opening broadcasts was "naturally" about "how to help the "poor", "poor" "Palestinians" (no, not how the filthy rich Gulf oil Arabs should help, not those Arab regimes that have encouraged the Arabs --not yet called "palestinians"-- in 1948 to evacuate Israel-Palestine, but how the west should rather help them), those self destructive guys, the violence-happy crowd, where bigoted Jihadism and militant racist Arabism was always mainstream, ever since the Mufti Al-Husseini led the massacres in the 1920's - the "creme de la creme" of the middle east.

The middle east insider

Piercing through the thick cloud obscuring any clarity, clotted by the oily international Arab lobby...

There's no room there for criticism of call for change in the diabolic 'Palestinian' society to leave hatred and terror behind and to choose education for their children and 'normal life' for themselves.

There's no space for criticism of all Arab regimes that rule their people with an iron fist, Arabian middle east where synonymous with torture, no, not the light type attributed to the CIA in Gtmo., but the darkest kind, where most of all: Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iran (and its Hezbullah thugs) & Egypt are doing it with passion and special "tender love".

That's true Islamism & Arabism, to keep committing the crimes in the middle east and to show [fake] unity outside, that's the true "middle east insider".

Human rights & peace in the middle east - Arabism & Islam discrimination on the "other"

Human rights & peace in the middle east - Arabism & Islam discrimination on the "other"

[Analysis] Peace will prevail when economic, social and cultural rights are granted to all ...

The Middle East... conflicts...

For example:

* the Israel and [so called] "Occupied Territories" (Palestine) issue

* the conflict between Hamas and the Fatah; the Iraq conflict

* the conflict in Afghanistan

* conflicts within Saudi Arabia

* the security concerns, especially the nuclear threat, that Ahmadinajad's Iran poses

* the Kurdish situation with serious discrimination from Turkey, Syria, Iran and Iraq with very limited support from any powers

* the Lebanon conflict

* the rise of Islamic militancy in Egypt and Algeria

* the suppression of any opposition in Saudi Arabia and most of Middle East countries

*
the spread of fundamentalist Islam -- Wahabbi style -- and the attempt
to suppress any modern civil secular democratic voices in the Middle
East region

* and not to forget the problems in Sudan where civilians are being massacred in Darfur by the government and the military.

[...]
Islam is at the center of all social order and of the moral and
intellectual values of Middle Eastern Muslims. In fact, it is the
official religion in most Arab and Islamic countries. Considering
Arabism and Islam as synonyms embodies discrimination against various
ethnic and religious groups in the Middle East
. [...]

Conclusion

Most
regimes in Middle East are authoritarian, if not dictatorships, ruling
for decades by fear or reward. The elites who rule in Middle East
countries used religious faith with ideology of nationalism for
blinding people and controlling them ... conflicts in the Middle East
all look different, but the real cause root is related to human rights
abuses.

Blood, soil [Michel Aflaq composed a Koranic super narrative of Arabism, soil
and Islam]
jpost Sep, 24 2008 24 Sep 2008
Faith, blood, people and
soil... Such themes also come together in that most hideous of Middle Eastern
fascist movements, Ba'athism. Ba'athism's founding thinkers, the Syrians Sati
al-Husri and Michel Aflaq, composed a Koranic super narrative of Arabism, soil
and Islam. They wrote of an Islam as the great cultural and intellectual
achievement of the Arab people, and it in turn formed a symbiotic relationship
with Arabism, such that they flowed from one another, locked in an eternal
embrace.

(As to the issue of Israel's land to Arabs, it is important to note that non-Arabs - AKA Jews, don't have any "rights" in the land occupied by "Palestinians"... it is virtually 100% ethnic cleansed, while Arabs make up 20% of Israel's population).

One moderate Arab vs Arabism's racism

'Arabs, Israel should sit together,' says Bahrain minister
Web posted at: 10/2/2008 1:35:54

dubai • The foreign minister of staunch US ally Bahrain has called for the creation of a regional grouping of Arab states with historic foe Israel, as well as Iran and Turkey, a newspaper reported yesterday.

“Israel, Iran, Turkey and Arab states should sit together in one organisation,” Sheikh Khaled bin Ahmad Al Khalifa was quoted in the pan-Arab daily Al Hayat as saying.

“Aren’t we all members of a global organisation called the United Nations? Why not (come together) on a regional basis? This is the only way to solve our problems. There’s no other way to solve them, now or in 200 years.”

Al Hayat, which interviewed the Bahraini chief diplomat in New York, said he had proposed the establishment of a regional bloc in a speech to the UN General Assembly.

Bahrain’s crown prince, Sheikh Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, met Israeli officials during World Economic Forum summits in 2000 and 2003, while Sheikh Khaled met Israeli counterpart Tzipi Livni at the UN last year.

But political groupings in Bahrain, which is ruled by a Sunni dynasty and has a Shia majority, resist any attempt at normalisation of ties with Israel.

“Why don't we sit together even if we disagree, even if we don't recognise each other? Let's be in a single organisation in order to overcome the difficult stage through which the Middle East is passing — a stage that remains hostage to the past,” Sheikh Khaled told Al Hayat, referring to the decades-old Arab-Israeli conflict.

Arabism = Racism, Arab racism against Jews

Another Arab racist attack by Israeli Arabs against Israeli Jews... 10 wounded in Jerusalem terror attack [Arab drives vehicle into crowd]

10 wounded in Jerusalem terror attack.
Ten people were wounded - one seriously, two moderately and seven lightly - on Monday night in a terror attack at a busy Jerusalem intersection.
Rescue services said an Arab driver drove his car into a group of people at Zahal Square.
The driver was shot and killed by citizens, according to Israel Radio and rescue services.
The intersection is near the Old City's Jaffa Gate.

Just another "isolated' incident of Arabs INSIDE Israel filled with anti Jewish racism out there to murder ANY Jew - man, woman, child, just like the 2 bulldozer terror attack cases, just like all terror attacks by Arab 'Palestinians" that were ALL assisted by Israeli Arabs racists...

than... these racist savage Arabs will complain how they are "poor, poor second class" because Israeli Jews "dare" be afraid of the Arab Muslim fake victims' horrendous crimes against humanity.

So "unfair' indeed...

As part of evaluating the competitive landscape of the popularity of nations, in a process referred to in marketing circles as ´place branding,´ Israel, to no one´s great surprise, comes up short in brand likeability, ranking last out of 35 nations included in an August 2006 survey conducted by nation branding expert Simon Anholt, even less attractive to respondents than Indonesia, Estonia, and Turkey.

How could this have happened to a country that is the Middle East´s only thriving democracy and enjoys a remarkably robust economy that has spawned some 1000 startup high tech companies, for example, second only to the U.S.? How, in short, would you go about making the world hate Israel?

This is how you would accomplish that objective if you were an enemy of Israel:

Even after 60 years of its existence, you question the fundamental right of Israel to even exist and regularly, though falsely, condemn it for being created "illegally"—through the "theft" of Palestinian lands and property—and thus decide, because of its original sin, it has no "right to exist." You accuse the government of a "brutal," illegal "occupation" of Palestinian lands, especially Gaza and the West Bank (but for many, all of Israel), of being a "colonial settler state," a Zionist "regime" or "project," a land-hungry nation, a usurper of property that was lived on and owned by a Palestinian "people" "from time immemorial."

You describe the very existence of the country as being the "greatest threat to world peace," the core cause of all Muslim anger toward the West, the root of all of the Palestinians´ suffering and economic plight, and describe Israel as a nation that has even been referred to publicly as a "shitty little country" by the French ambassador to Britain.

You make ´Palestinianism´ into a virtual cult whose members offer a world-wide reverence for the Palestinian cause and repeat without end that their nationalistic striving is inviolable, a basic human right, Of all the 100 million refugees who were dispersed around the globe and were re-assimilated since World War II, you chose only the Palestinians to languish, as if in amber, in barbaric refugee camps where their lives are used as political fodder to denounce the existence of an Israel that supposedly has deprived them of a home.

You have the United Nations set up an agency whose sole function it is to make sure that this one group of refugees in the whole world are coddled, advocated for, and repeat, mantra-like, that a human "right of return" has been sanctified and assured by international law for the Palestinians, giving only this group of refugees a collective, as opposed to individual, right of return—and not only to those refugees who supposedly lived in and left what is now Israel, but all of their descendents, as well.

You use the General Assembly and the Human Rights Council of the United Nations to further demonize and delegitimate Israel, making it a pariah in the world community and issuing an edict that equates Zionism with racism. In 2006-07, if you are the Human Rights Council, you pass one hundred percent of your condemnatory resolutions against Israel.

If you are the autocratic, despotic states of the Arab world, you initiate a prolonged, unceasing propaganda war against Israel and Zionism, in which it is your intention to encourage your citizens, not to question why they live under tyranny and despair under their own corrupt, defective governments, but that their circumstances are bleak because of the success and very existence of Israel. You depict Jews as apes, pigs, and subhuman monsters, and regularly produce Nazi-like propaganda and cartoons in your state-owned media that accuses Jews and Israelis of blood libels, bloodthirstiness, militarism, a desire for world domination, imperialism, and complicity with the U.S. and the West to destroy Islam—all which make Jew-hatred inevitable.

You inculcate Palestinian children, nearly from birth, with seething, blind, unrelenting, and obsessive hatred of Jews and the 'Zionist regime,' so that kindergartners graduate with blood-soaked hands while toting plastic AK 47s and dedicate their lives to jihad, and older children are recruited to hide explosives on their bodies to transform themselves into shahids -- a new generation of kindling for radical Islam's cult of death.

When Israel launches a military strike against nests of terrorists or in response to ceaseless rocket barrages, you term their response "disproportionate," another escalation in the "cycle of violence," a violation of human rights, aggressive, militaristic, with Apache gunships "pounding" terrorist neighborhoods. Whenever you refer to any attack on Israel by terrorists, or the barrage of thousands of rockets that have rained down on Israel towns for two years from inside Gaza, you characterize them as innocuous, carried out with "crude, homemade, rockets," in order to gloss over their actual lethality.

If you are the Palestinian media, and members of the world media who are either intentionally biased or willing to be duped by anti-Israel propaganda, you repeatedly report on supposed Israeli human rights violations, such as an alleged "massacre of the 21st century," a horrible war crime and example of "genocide" committed by Israel against Palestinians in the village of Jenin.

You talk about the Israeli security barrier as an "apartheid wall," and describe it as a massive, soaring, unbroken division through Palestinian neighborhoods and communities, overlooking the fact that the wall is towering and solid concrete only in those regions that have been repeatedly assaulted by terrorism, and that 90 percent of the hundreds of miles of barrier is comprised merely of wire fence.

You use the "apartheid wall" image to create a broader misconception about the Palestinians living under a South African-style apartheid regime, disingenuously equating race restrictions that blacks lived under in Soweto with the open society of Israel in which Israeli Arabs have more rights than in any Arab state and are asked only not to murder Jews in their midst.

On campuses where a coddled and insulated professoriate often express antipathy for the perceived ills of capitalism, the usurpation of "Palestine" by Israel, "land grabs" through occupation, and the denial of the civil and economic rights of the Palestinians, you contend that Israel´s very existence is not at all about self-determination (something you deem appropriate only for the Palestinians) and all about greed, globalism, colonialism, exploitation, and undeserved political and economic might. No longer able to fight apartheid in South Africa, you now try to transmogrify that racist social system onto Israel, holding rallies and encouraging the signing of petitions which call from divestiture from companies doing business in Israel.

You fund Middle Eastern Studies centers on university campuses and use them as anti-Israel, anti-American "think tanks" where scholarship is tainted with ideology and singularly focused on the Palestinian cause. You fund the active and vocal Muslim Students Association on campuses across the country that hold "Israel Apartheid Week" and "Holocaust in the Holy Land" festivals at which propaganda, Jew-hatred, apologies for terrorism, and further demonizing of Israel takes place.

In the Arab world, you play fast and loose with history in your attempt to create a historical narrative conforming to your own political agenda, erasing any link between Palestine and the Jews. Though Jerusalem is mentioned not once in the Koran and over 669 times in the Jewish Bible, you claim that Jerusalem is now the "third holiest site to Muslims," that, as Yasser Arafat announced at Camp David in 2000, the Temple Mount was never a Jewish site, that Jews now "occupy" Muslim lands, and that the archeological and historical evidence that confirms an uninterrupted 3000-year presence by Jews in the Holy Land is merely a "construct," yet another lie promulgated by Israeli historians and archeologists as way of erasing and obscuring an Islamic past.

If you are in the Muslim world or the netherworld of Jew-haters, you question the actual extent and truthfulness of the Holocaust, first complaining that the Palestinians should not have been made to suffer the loss of their homeland because of the German´s extermination of European Jewry—leading in some part to the creation of Israel—and then at other times questioning whether the Holocaust even occurred and accusing Zionists of using the fictitious event as a way to falsely extract sympathy from the world community and force them into giving Palestine away to the Jews.

If you are in the traditionally Arabist U.S. State Department, or in the "realist" school of diplomacy, or part of the European Union, and you have an insatiable need for oil, you overlook the tyrannies and unfaithfulness of our Middle Eastern "friends," and ask nothing of them, but demand that Israel, the only democracy in a sea of despotism, continually prove its loyalty to us and embrace policies that could potentially threaten their own security. You write academic books questioning the strength of the "Israel Lobby," and wonder out loud if Jewish influence and wealth forces us to lose credibility and threaten our national security on behalf of Israel.

You do all of these things, as part of a concerted effort and also as random, independent efforts on the part of Israel´s enemies, and you do it for the 60 years of Israel´s existence, and then you are shocked, shocked, when Israel is shown to rank unfavorably in surveys which measure the public´s perception of nations and how they compare to one another in the world community. But you are pleased, because you know that if Israel cannot be annihilated with armaments and rockets, perhaps you can make it cease to exist simply by making the entire world loathe it for being what it is.
